We build the order, usually as a complete package.
You leave a deposit (ideally starting with 50% of the total).
We register your event date.
We schedule delivery about 1 month before the event.
You pick up in store or we arrange shipping.
Good to know
We do not deliver an order with a pending balance.
Orders with an event date take priority.
For international orders we recommend at least 3 months' notice.
We also take rush orders, usually with up to 2 months' notice.
Shipping is charged when the order is ready, since it depends on weight and destination.
